Techno powerhouse Monika Kruse shared a superb remix of ADRIANNA’s ‘Wild Electric’ released via ADRIANNA’s imprint Tempo House Music on 2 August 2024. Nothing short of an electronic music pioneer, Monika has been involved in the music industry for over 30 years. She played a pivotal role in establishing German dance culture in the 90’s, organised raves in abandoned Munich WWII bomb shelters and was one of the first German Techno DJs to tour internationally. Monika has graced stages at some of the biggest festivals in the world, including Awakenings, Amnesia, Sonus and Glastonbury Festival. She also made an unforgettable mark at the highly acclaimed festival Time Warp, where she played consistently from 1999 until 2019. 

Renowned as one of the industry’s most in-demand acts, London-based Tech House/Techno producer and DJ ADRIANNA has residencies around the world, performing alongside the likes of Adam Beyer, Cloonee and Charlotte de Witte to name a few. Her music blends vocals with tough, club-ready beats, and has drawn comparisons to Nina Kraviz and Carl Cox. 

The original track climbed to #5 in the Beatport Hype Charts in the weeks following its release. ‘Wild Electric’ is a high-octane acid tech odyssey. It features throbbing, distorted rhythms, trippy synth ear candy, acid synth stabs, subtle pop vocal samples and an irresistibly booming four-on-the-floor kick. 

Monika’s remix is punchy and highly energetic. It effortlessly weaves together elements of the original track, without stripping it down too much. The beat is magnetic and will undoubtedly be a dancefloor filler. The remix perfectly showcases why Monika has been a leading figure in the Techno scene for decades.
