In an interview with online music magazine Consequence of Sound, members of the legendary new wave band hinted at a potential collaboration with LCD Soundsystem frontman James Murphy. Whilst not letting slip any concrete details, the band did say that there were definite plans in the pipeline for the artists to work together.
The first thing that sprang to mind when I heard the news was the similar pairing of electronica band Crystal Castles and The Cure’s Robert Smith and their 2010 collaboration ‘Not in Love’. New Order vs. James Murphy is sure to produce a track just as catchy.
